Online purchases sometimes turn out differently than expected. Should you be dissatisfied with our products or should they not fit, you have the right to return the items within 14 days.

If you have purchased a product and wish to exchange it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange/reserve a different product/size. Please note that production times may occur if a size is out of stock: service@velt.ch

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

We will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the items. Please note that the transaction may take a few days.

The amount may change due to your bank's currency (CHF/EUR) or due to bank fees.

We will refuse to accept the return of a product if the product shows visible signs of use and/or is returned without original packaging and Velt labels and/or the product was damaged during return transport.

No costs will be covered if the product/products are lost during return shipping. We recommend that you return all items with a carrier that offers a tracking service.
